Signed in ink by Le Ministre de L’ Interieuv ‘Champagny’ [Jean Baptiste de Nompere de Champagny appointed as Minister of the Interior 1804].
Also signed by the French Grand Elector ‘Bonaparte’ [Joseph], in 1804 Joseph assumed responsibility for the Government during his brother military campaigns. 370 x 470mm
