Wellington: James Hughes 1872, 1st edition. 77p, a rare original photograph of the interior of Te Rangiatea titled in pencil 'Interior of Otaki Church', by F.J. Halse, laid onto the back endpaper. Also clippings and notations.
Frederick James Halse copy with his signature on the front and back pages. Also, clippings and pencil notations. 225mm, bound into contemporary green boards with Te Rauparaha in gilt front cover.
