250 x 270mm approximately, framed with 2 newspaper clippings laid into mount verso and photographic postcard of the mill postmarked 1928
Payton was the foundation Director of Elam school of art. View of the Auckland flour mill commissioned by Charles Frederick Partington in 1850 and demolished in 1950.
Its loss was a catalyst for the creation of the National Historic Places Trust Act in 1955.
