Loosely enclosed a sheet of notepaper in contemporary writing with the names 'Hapimana Ngapiko, No, Motueka and Paratene Te Manu, No, Tutukaka. The above-named persons were guests at Sherbourne House the 19th, 20th, & 21st of 1st [?]Mo 1864.' with a newspaper clipping of a letter from George Grey to Hapimana Ngapiko Mokoera March 8, 1964. Signature of Thomas L. Oliver on endpaper with his bookplate.
