Whilst there enjoy the property’s remarkable botanic gardens, famous farm-to-table breakfasts, and a nightly four-course meal in the private location of your choice within the Lodge. Also, plan to join celebrated Executive Chef Jimmy McIntyre for a one-hour cooking lesson including a harvesting visit to Otahuna’s working potager and a very special chance to learn first-hand cooking techniques. Then, be picked up by Christchurch Helicopters to fly north to another Canterbury legend, Black Estate. Enjoy a four-course lunch with matched wines before heading back for cocktails on Otahuna’s fabled Great Lawn.
