Description
If, like all aspiring New Zealander anglers, you’ll hang your hat on your next kingfish catch - then chances are this will be right up your alley. Introducing your one-on-one online class with Tom Hishon of Orphan’s Kitchen and kingi. Guided by one of Aotearoa’s most exciting chefs, your tutorial will explore techniques used at kingi such as - dry aging - filleting - whole fish cookery. You can expect to watch, learn and enjoy.

Terms and conditions:
The class will run via video link for 60-90 minutes and will explore techniques utilised at kingi. Tom is happy to take the cooking class between 11am and 6pm on either a Tuesday / Wednesday or Thursday. Someone from the Arts Foundation will be in touch following the auction.
