Straubel [1906-1959], notable publisher, author and historian from Canterbury; Thomas Leonard Seddon [1901-1962], well known collector and bibliophile; and a collection of historic Southland photographs and original paintings relating to the Hall-Jones family and John Turnbull Thomson [1821-1884], first Surveyor General of New Zealand.
Also featuring in the sale is a collection of scarce New Zealand literature from many of New Zealand’s major poets.
