Governor-General Freyberg to John Edwin Hunt [1951]
Typescript letter on Government Letterhead, Wellington 10th December 1951. Signed in ink ‘Yours Sincerely Freyberg. The letter proposes to submit Mr Hunt’s name to the King for the honour of Officer of the Civil Division of the most Excellent Order of the British Empire and requests him to reply.
Together with the Programme for the 21st Anniversary Celebration of the Royal Society of St George [1958] Back cover with autographs of Sir Walter Nash [27th Prime Minister of New Zealand]; Iris and Frank Kitts [Mayor & mayoress of Wellington]; Keith Holyoake [Prime minister of New Zealand]; And two others.
2. Sir Bernard Fergusson in ceremonial uniform, framed portrait by Earle Andrews Wellington signed on the mount Bernard Fergusson 1967. 240 x 195mm, Ink signature lightly faded.
